Space Craft (sustainable multi-family developer) needed to elevate their company's brand as they grew from a startup to a fully-fledged developer of modern, sustainable residential buildings in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, they needed consumer-facing brands for each of the buildings in their portfolio that would harmonize with their corporate brand. In partnership with Space Craft and ADC (brand agency), Fran drove the rebrand and created a framework for developing the sub-brands of Space Craft's future buildings. Space Craft's new brand system allows their collections of buildings to have related and harmonious - yet still individually unique - identities. Each brand feels warm, approachable, and softly futuristic - much like Space Craft's vision for low-carbon impact residential.

Rebees (real estate & hospitality group) needed to develop their vision for an integrated café + co-working concept, later named "Hatchways". Under Rebees, Fran, Amber, & Fallon developed Hatchways' concept & brand identities as well as produced the creative, digital UX, and marketing & events. The outcome was a bold brick-and-mortar retail offering with a novel brand identity and product experience dubbed "friendly futurism". Hatchways added warmth and vibrance with a careful touch of luxury to the conventionally modern workplace.

A vacant 5-acre lot on Henderson Avenue presented a unique opportunity to craft a vibrant urban infill district that honors the character of the surrounding neighborhood. As part of her work with Rebees, Jessica guided the design direction of this transformative project, ensuring that the vision harmonized innovation with context and culture. The development will feature 10 architecturally distinct buildings and introduce 161,000 square feet of dynamic retail, dining, and creative office space into the neighborhood. Henderson Avenue is positioned to become a celebrated example of thoughtful mixed-use development in Dallas.

Dolly Parton (country music icon) needed a branded pop-up event during the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards at The Star in Frisco, coinciding with the announcement of her highly anticipated Rockstar album. In partnership with Dolly's team and Baymo Studios, Fallon oversaw everything from the concept pitch and production partner identification, to marketing coordination and PR amplification. The outcome was the debut of Dolly Parton's first-ever pop-up, brought to life in under 8 weeks. Titled Dolly! All Access, this unique retail experience - an over-the-top museum meets merch shop - underscored the best of Dolly, created buzz around her upcoming album, and drew crowds with a line that wrapped around the block.
